Zi Xingxi took a deep breath and chanted a few mantras before finally putting on a smile ready to deal with the world. This was her morning routine especially when Zi Han was younger. She needed mummy time before dealing with her precious baby who was indeed a handful.

Even as an adult her son was still a handful but a mother's love wouldn't expire just because they had grown up. She got up with her mug and was about to head to the kitchen when the doorbell rang.

She checked the camera on her light brain and was met with her son in law's face. She went over to open the door while asking, "Aren't you supposed to be out with your mother? I heard you are finalizing the details of your house today."
