The Zi family took so long to get out of that house that one would think they had a dozen kids and a couple of dogs.

It was a chaotic mess but despite all of that they looked very stunning. Zi Han kind of felt constrained in his clothes that his mother finally picked for him. He tugged at the collar while complaining, "I feel like I can't breathe and it itches. Is this a punishment or something?"

Zi Xingxi wanted to say something but Yeoh Jun held his wife's hand and said, "Han Han, you need to be respectful to your mother. She worked hard to pick that outfit for you you know."

Zi Han, "..."

Zi Xingxi knew she didn't work hard picking an outfit. In fact, she was a little perfunctory about it but it was nice being appreciated.

She kissed Yeoh Jun's cheek with a beaming smile before laying her head on his shoulder.

Yeoh Jun rubbed her hand with his thumb before turning to Zi Han and mouthing,

"Learn from it."
