Third person's POV
"No, this is unfair." Roselia thought to herself, referring to how Aiden had just been addressed by the Alpha.
As Aiden's wounded form limped away, Roselia couldn't contain her anger.
"Alpha, if I may call your attention to ..." She had stepped forward immediately and was about to give the Alpha a piece of her mind, even though she knew quite alright that would definitely land her into trouble.
However, Ethan sensed what she was about doing and quickly butt in.
"Alpha, please let me. As the leader of the warriors, I will take the blame for what happened today. Please let me handle this." Ethan's voice rang through the mind-link, his big wolf had stepped in between Roselia's and the Alpha's.
Chloe's silver-white wolf stood still, her eyes following Aiden as he struggled to walk. For a brief moment, something flickered in her eyes, but she quickly shook her fur as if trying to clear her thoughts.
