The light beneath Medea's hazel eyes turned even more vicious as she hissed the last sentence, contrasting the burning rage that had filled Tristan's blue eyes.

Tristan inhaled a deep breath as he tried to suppress his anger and sought a way out by using the divine knowledge. 

Alas, he couldn't find the appropriate answer and lashed out by throwing his knife at Medea, nearly injuring her face if the woman hadn't dodged.

"You will die the most painful death, you bitch...! I swear it!" Tristan growled right before Medea's face, choking her with one hand while the other grabbed the handle of his knife, pulling it out of the pillar where it was lodged.

Tristan really wanted to kill Medea right now, but he didn't want to make it a quick death. In the end, he decided to seize the Supreme Power first.
