With a smirk on her face, Jodie poured her drink on Lily's face, talk of adding salt to injury.

Lily was taken aback and tripped on her gown, falling to the ground.

Lily was expecting her butt to hit the ground but she felt hands holding her, Jack grabbed her. He kept her in his hands until she was steady.

"Thank you," she mumbled, wondering why a grown woman like Jodie would embarrass her like this.

Jack wasn't impressed with Jodie's action, he was enraged at her childish attempt to shame his date.

"What the fuck is your problem, Jodie?" Jack asked angrily.

Jodie was looking at Lily unapologetically, not saying a word to anybody.

"What did Jack see in her that he left me for her," she stared at Lily from head to toe scrutinizing her appearance.

Despite embarrassing Lily, she should have no remorse for her actions.

"Jodie fucking Sharke, what the hell is wrong with you?" Jack fumed.

She jumped slightly, feeling hurt. She doesn't deserve it, he shouldn't have shouted at her.

But as a person who has spent years in the public eye, she schooled her expression. Masking her sadness, she forced a coy smile on her face.

She turned, battling her eyelashes at him coyly, "You dated me and dumped me for no reason. I was nice and reliable, we were happy together. All of a sudden, you texted me that you didn't want to see me again. You couldn't even call me, you sent me a fucking text message like I was trash," making her voice sound meek and small.

"Don't give me that shit Jodie! We were happy, he laughed without any humor in it, then you are blind, he continued.

You were the only one happy, you want to say the truth in front of everyone? Fine, I will oblige. I told you I was only interested in your pussy nothing more nothing less, you know about it because I was plain from the very beginning, so don't act as a fucking saint because you aren't fooling anyone with your explanation."

Jodie blushed in embarrassment, she wasn't expecting Jack to be so raw. In front of everyone! She thought.

"At least, you should have called me and told me you were breaking up with me, You dimwit!"

"That is your business, what happened between you and me should be between us, pouring the drink on my date wasn't necessary. You should apologize to Lily or else?" He stared at Jodie threateningly.

She looked at Lily, I rather die than apologies to this bitch; I am a popular model and a world-class influencer, I shouldn't be the one to apologize; She should be the one apologizing for stealing my man. she said in her mind.

"Jodie!" Jack snarled.

"I am..." she started but her pride wouldn't let her apologize, she couldn't bring herself to say it. To hell with the consequences of disobeying Jack, She raised her middle finger and showed it to Lily, and walked away in spite.

Jack could only clench his hands in anger, Jodie! You are messing with the wrong person, I will make you regret and beg for mercy when I am done with you, he smirked as he spoke to himself.
