Adrianna blink her eyes when she discovered Garret is looking at her with an intense gaze. She did not noticed that he is already staring at her. Probably because she is too focused on the kids.

"You are good at dealing with kids." Garret slowly said.

"I guess so." Adrianna replied. Then her eyes widened a bit when she remembered something. "Oh, right. The first time we met, I also consoled you with candy inside my pocket because you were sulking at the corner."

"You are making it sounds like I am such a weak child back then."

"I didn't mean that."

Adrianna laughs when she sees his expression. She pulls Garret's arm and brings him to the checkered mat she placed and tells him to sit beside her. Garret looks at her for a moment before he sits beside her. There is only a few inches of space between them.
