When she lifts her gaze, Adrianna accidentally saw the scar on Marianne's chest. The woman also noticed her line of sight and wants to cover her scar but Adrianna stopped her. Though she still feels worried about it, Marianne did not try to cover it and waits for Adrianna's next words.

"Auntie... Can I... Can I touch it?" Adrianna asked.

"Of course, dear." Marianne readily responds.

Marianne unbuttoned the first three buttons of her dress just enough to show Adrianna the scar on her chest. It is now completely healed and the scar on her chest is the only reminder of the operation she undergo two years ago. Adrianna carefully touched the scar and gently traced it with her fingers.

"I am so happy that you are now healthy, auntie. Thank you for it." Adrianna suddenly said.

"No, Adrianna. I should be the one thanking you and your father. Thank you for giving me a chance to live again. I will always be forever in debt to you."
