When Ru Shisi entered, Xie Weihui looked at her with a startle. "Where were you all night?" she asked getting up from her place and going to her. "Ru Shishi, I was so worried. I must have called you so many times, but you never picked your phone. Did someone kidnap you?"

Ru Shishi was annoyed at her mother. Hung Jia had informed her that she had come at night to find her and had created quite a scene. She looked at her with blazing eyes and instead of answering her question she straightway went to her room. Xie Weihui ran after her daughter, "Ru Shishi, Ru Shishi, talk to me!" But when she reached the door, Ru Shishi slammed it hard on her face. From inside she shouted, "Don't interfere in my life!"
