章節 5: Han Wei
Twenty minutes later, the two come out of the room.
Han Wei's face flushed red like a pepper as he whispered, "She didn't have to dry and dress me." Thinking about it, he felt both embarrassed and happy, since it was the first time someone other than the staff had helped him with something like that. He couldn't help but look at her again.
At the same moment, Yang Liu looks at him and says, "Give me your hand so you can go down the stairs."
He quickly lowers his head and confirms by holding her hand. Yang Liu smiles and descends the stairs with the boy.
Butler Ling has already set the entire breakfast on the table and discreetly smiles as he sees Madame and the Young Master coming down the stairs hand in hand. As they are descending and talking, butler Ling discreetly takes a photo of the two and sends it to Han Chen with the following message:
CONTACT – HAN CHEN - BOSS
"I've sent you a photo of the young master with Madame now."
Butler Ling smiles as he sends the message and quickly puts away his phone, as the two have already reached the bottom of the stairs.
He says, "Madame, while you have breakfast with the young master, I'll ask the driver to prepare the car."
Yang Liu looks at him and nods while eating and helping Han Wei with his food.
She thinks, "How can they leave such a small child to do everything alone? It's absurd. While I'm here, I'll help him with whatever he needs. After all, he's my favorite character."
Yang Liu starts thinking about the book "Sweethearts Forever" and finds it foolish that the heroine didn't end up with him. After all, look at those cute cheeks full of food; he's the most adorable character.
She smiles and whispers, "He looks like a squirrel, hehe."
After finishing their meal, the two head to the car. As they drive through the streets, Yang Liu once again confirms her wealth and smiles.
After 15 minutes, they arrive at the school. Yang Liu gets out of the car with Han Wei, and as she takes in the sight of the school, she is once again amazed by its luxury, leaving her speechless at the thought of the children attending such a place.
In Han Chen's message, there was the classroom number and the teacher's name. Upon entering the building, she asks a janitor for directions and finds the class. As she gets closer, she sees a teacher in front of the classroom waiting for the students and says, "Mrs. Su?"
Mrs. Su turns around and sees a beautiful woman in red with a child, "Yes, that's me. Who are you?"
Yang Liu smiles, "Good morning, I'm Yang Liu, and I'm here to drop off my…"
Yang Liu stops and thinks, "Should I say 'son' or 'stepson'?" While she is contemplating what to say, Mrs. Su waits for her to finish speaking.
Yang Liu grits her teeth and decides, "My son, Han Wei."
Han Wei stops in his tracks and looks at her in disbelief.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Su nods, indicating she understands, and invites the boy to enter the classroom where the other children are already present.
Yang Liu looks at Han Wei, smiles and pats him on the head, and says, "When your class is over, I'll come to pick you up."
The boy nods in a daze and enters the classroom in shock.
Meanwhile, Yang Liu turns around and walks back to the car.
Upon entering the car, the driver starts it and heads back home.
While Yang Liu contemplates whether she should call Han Chen to let him know she dropped his son off at school, she thinks about it for a few minutes before scratching her head and deciding to call him to inform.
In a room full of men, everyone watches the president's reaction in silence after the presentation ends. All waiting anxiously for a answer. But suddenly a phone rings and it rings loudly throughout the room, and everyone looks around, startled, to find out who was the idiot that entered the meeting room without silencing their phone.
