章節 20: Ep.20 Tier 2 Mana Core
Once scarlet and violet were transferred into the training simulation scarlet yelled out as she looked around the cave while she was wearing her battle equipment alongside Violet who was wearing nearly identical clothing apart from her weapon which were some metal gauntlets
"Mike! What's going on?!"
Violet was scared and confused and hid behind scarlet before they heard mikes voice say as a small blue ball appeared in front of them
[~I'm here, so what do you think? Impressive stuff right?~]
Scarlet kneeled down and touched the cave floor and said as she picked up a rock and crushed it in her hand
"This feels so real… this is amazing"
Mike in the training room used the tablet to move the blue ball Around the cave while Mike spoke to them with a earpiece that came with the tablet's systems and said to scarlet who was looking around in awe and Violet who was so confused on what was going on
"Indeed, with this you can train new recruits and not worry about them being killed in a real battle"
Just then scarlet heard some growling down the cave and drew their weapons as they didn't know what dungeon Mike put them in and turned the corner to see 3 goblins walking towards them when they heard Mike say
[~I thought I would start with something easy, so I put you both in a goblin dungeon and don't worry it's only F-Rank~]
Scarlet felt a little disappointed that it was a F-Rank dungeon before Violet jumped over scarlet and pummeled the goblins into paste in a matter of seconds before she looked at scarlet and Mike and said
"Fighting here feels so real… so this is little Mikey's doing? Awesome!"
Violet then ran off and after a few moments Mike and scarlet heard violets laughing and some goblin cries before Mike rotated the ball to scarlet and said
[~what do you think?~]
Scarlet looked around and turned to the ball and said with a smile
"This is amazing and are there other dungeons we can test?"
Mike said as Violet was walking back with a goblin head in her hands
[~Theres a reason I wanted to join you on your dungeon raid~]
Scarlet looked at mikes surveillance ball in shock and was about to say something before Mike pressed the 'End Simulation' button and pulled scarlet and violet out where Violet immediately looked at Mike and asked
"How did you do this?"
Mike sat down in the chair next to scarlet and said as he put on a headset
"That's my secret now let's try a different one so put the headset on"
Scarlet and Violet put on their own headsets and laid back into their chairs before Mike selected the <C-Rank pirates cove> dungeon and said as they were loading in
"Hope your ready"
Once they were loaded inside the simulation scarlet and violet looked around while Mike looked at them before he heard scarlet say to Mike
"Is this the dungeon we already cleared?"
Mike nodded and started walking down the cave with scarlet and violet following behind him before the reached the massive cavern that was identical to the one that Mike and scarlet had cleared before
Scarlet looked around in shock before violet asked scarlet as she was looking around the cavern
"Wasn't this the dungeon that you completed with Mike? How is this possible?"
Scarlet was about to answer her when a bell from one of the guard towers started ringing in soon Mike saw nearly 20 pirates jumping off the ship and charged at Mike and the others before Mike held his staff firmly in his hands and said with his back to scarlet and Violet
"Feel free to run wild"
Just then a deafening roar was heard behind Mike that made even the pirates stop in their tracks and Mike slowly turned his head to see a giant black and white Wyvern that nearly had its head touching the caverns ceiling standing over him and fell on his but before scarlet calmly walked over and helped Mike on his feet and looked at the Wyvern and said to mikes surprise
"Violet! Are you trying to cause a cave in?!"
Shortly after Violet lowered her head and said
"But Mike said we will be fine if we die in… whatever this is and I don't get to use this ability to often"
Scarlet sighed and waved violet off and turned to Mike who could barely stand up straight and said
"Sorry about that, are you alright"
Mike stuttered and said as violet shot a fireball the size of a house at the group of pirates
"Y-Your S-sister is that Wyvern?! What are your hunter ranks?!"
Scarlet pointed at violet behind her and said
"My sister is at A-Rank and I am at AAA-Rank"
Mike asked with a jaw dropping expression
As Violet kept burning the pirates and the guard towers to ash
"What's the difference between A-Rank to triple A-Rank?"
Scarlet backed up a few feet and slowly transformed into a dragon with four legs and two wings unlike Violets transformation that only had its two back legs and it's wings and said as she lowered her head next to Mike
"Abilities, status and your class can determine your rank"
Mike placed his hand on scarlets head just under her bright purple eye and suddenly felt like he was swept away by a ocean of fire when the system said with the following messages
[Mana Core progress to Tier 2 has reached 100% due to increased Mana Energy absorption from Hunter Scarlet Goldren]
[Mana Core Transformation will begin in 10 seconds]
Mike quickly moved his hand away and ran back into the cave and asked the system in his mind
'System! What is going to happen?!'
However the system remained completely silent leaving Mike to worry about what was going to happen and braced himself for the worst
Mike sat down and soon felt his body dizzy and soon Mike fell on the ground with his vision being fuzzy as he noticed scarlet running to him and saying something that was too muffled for Mike to understand before Mike fell unconscious
Mike woke up suddenly to scarlet giving him CPR and yelled as he backed away and soon noticed his shirt was missing
"What are you doing?! Where's my shirt?!"
Scarlet wiped her mouth and said
"You feinted so I gave you CPR and your shirt was torn off by you when you feinted"
Mike sat straight and scratched his hair when he noticed it had grown a few inches and ask the system with his mind
'System, what happened?'
Confetti appeared on a system screen as the system said
[Mana Core has reached Tier 2 and Magic Crafting has reached Tier 2 and has its Odds of crafting have been increased while your status has grown]
Mike quickly opened his system to see what changes had been made

Mike was pulled out of his train of thought when scarlet grabbed Mike and said as she started looking all over mikes body
"Mike! Are you sick? Are you dizzy? Nauseous?"
Mike felt scarlet crushing his head and said before his jaw was dislocated
"I'm fine so please stop"
Scarlet sighed in relief and let go of Mike before she blushed as she noticed Mike wasn't wearing a shirt and backed away before violet came came and saw the scene and pouted saying
"If You two wanted some alone time then book a love hotel"
Both Mike and scarlet blushed and looked away from one another before Mike pulled up his system and ended the training simulation and found that his clothes in real time weren't burned or torn off and sighed in relief and checked the time to see it was nearly 7 in the afternoon and said as scarlet and violet were taking their headsets off
"So how was my presentation?"
Violet smiled and said before she stuck a lollipop in her mouth
"Amazing… whatever that was"
Scarlet was still blushing a little as she kept imagining Mike without a shirt and said
"Outstanding"
Mike smiled and said as he started walking towards the front door
"Splendid, oh by the way I am opening my store tomorrow morning"
But before scarlet could ask a question violet came and said
"What are you going to sell?"
Mike looked at scarlet and said
"I trust that you can keep her from saying anything?"
Scarlet nodded before Mike pulled out hundreds of books out of his pocket dimension and said
"I'll be selling spells and skills"
Violet and scarlet looked at the sheer amount of books that were stacked up in disbelief and confusion before scarlet asked
"How many books do you have?"
Mike gave a thinking pose for about a minute before he said as he put all of the books back in his inventory
"In total I have 78 spell books and 45 skill books unfortunately they are all common"
Violet took another glance at the books and yelled out saying
"Even if their all common books, where and how did you get so many?!"
Mike walked over to the crafting room and said as he tapped on the door to the crafting room
"I made them in here"
Violet started laughing and said
"You can't craft a spell or skill book"
Scarlet quickly said as violet kept laughing
"No, he can do it as I have seen it with my own eyes"
Violet stopped laughing and looked at scarlet before she turned to Mike and stared at him for some time before she feinted and had scarlet sigh as she picked her up and said before leaving
"I'll see you tomorrow at the grand opening"
Mike waved goodbye and locked the door behind her and entered the crafting room and asked the system
"System, can you show what the crafting odds are?"
The system then pulled up the magic crafting skill and said

Mike was a little disappointed that he couldn't be able to make epic books or even legendary ones but he knew he would be able to eventually and sat down and begun to try his luck with the Magic crafting room for the grand opening tomorrow
