Philip could be seen strolling outside the Alma Inn. He was dressed immaculately in a formal black suit, sporting a black top hat. Around his neck, he wore a black bow tie, which stood out in stark contrast against his crisp white collared shirt.

As he walked along the cobblestone pavement, Philip took a moment to adjust his silver eyewear, allowing him to scrutinize the row of adjacent buildings that formed a city block. 

"Just as expected." Philip sighed to himself. "I was unknowingly manipulated and didn't pay enough attention to my surroundings."
