I feel a big smile crawl up to my cheeks as I sense Seth behind the door. He then knocks on it and I wait a few seconds before opening it. “Good morning,” I say softly.

He looks at me with a smile that makes me blush. “Good morning indeed. How are you?” He asks as he stands close to me, but far at the same time.

“I am good, excited even. Were you heading to the Command Center?” I ask as I grab a scarf and put it around me.

“I thought it would be good to come and walk you there... if that is ok with you…” He says as he shows me his arm to grab.

I smile and wrap my arm around his, feeling my cheeks reddening more. “It would be nice, thank you…”

The gesture makes me smile, it warms my heart. He is more than what I imagined he could be, so aware of my feelings and so sure of himself. I like getting to know him, it is going to be exciting to know him more.
