I was sitting in the living room with Isabel, my new assistant. She had a no-nonsense demeanor, and I found her straightforwardness refreshing.

"So, Elena," Isabel began, looking at her tablet, "we need to talk about your schedule. You'll have regular photoshoots, meetings with potential brands, and public appearances. It's going to be busy, but we'll manage everything efficiently."

"Sounds intense," I said, trying to keep my voice steady. The whirlwind of changes was still overwhelming, but I was determined to keep up.

"It will be," she replied with a small smile. "But we'll make sure you have some downtime as well. Also, we need to discuss your eating schedule."

"My eating schedule?" I echoed, a bit incredulous.

"Yes," Isabel confirmed. "To maintain your health and energy levels, we'll plan your meals carefully. You'll need a balanced diet, especially with the hectic schedule you'll be keeping."
