"How is Grace doing?"

"What do you mean, how is she doing?" Shane insinuated.

"Don't be spooky; just say what you have to say..." Stanhope's voice came through, rich with laughter.

"Tsk tsk tsk... You're not even embarrassed!" Shane's eyes were filled with humor, "The milk candy is delicious, isn't it? Sweet... Were you excited when you unwrapped it last night?"
