The Russian Ambassador looked up at Stanhope Brown: "Mr. Secretary of State... It was your country's people who killed our country's commander first!"
"So... didn't we say we would give you an explanation?" Stanhope Brown's smile faded, "Are your country's people the only ones who matter, and ours don't? You demanded we hand over the Ambassador to Ukraine, and if we didn't, you surrounded our Russian Embassy. Oil, natural gas, minerals... You don't follow the agreements we signed. Is this how Russia treats its allies? If this isn't a declaration of war, then what is?"
The Russian Ambassador didn't say a word, just watched Stanhope Brown.
