章節 19: Amanda Hills

Amanda wasn't sure of what was wrong with her and how exactly she had found herself where she was at the moment, her body felt light and it was like she was floating in a sea of endless and blinding light. She could not fight it and even her mind was slow and sluggish as she tried to comprehend the events happening before her very eyes. Suddenly everywhere went dark, her breath hitched in her throat at the sudden switch and she stood perfectly still, willing the light to be turned back on. The darkness was alive and it let out a cold and mechanical laughter.

Amanda bit her lips, she was not going to show fear and whatever was happening right now, she was going to overcome.

"Do you think he is innocent." A voice came, low and rumbling like many seas trying to flow at once.

"Who are you?" she shouted into the darkness.

"Do you think he is innocent?" the voice repeated.
