'So you see, that's where all the trouble began,' I said in my heart as I was caught by Meng Bao's puppy stare. It was like a whirlpool that drew me in, demanding me to give him all the attention I had.

I didn't want to blush in front of someone that I want to cut contact with, so I dodged his gaze and asked, "W—Why are you here, uhm… Mr. Robin Yang?" 

Meng Bao's gaze darkened after I addressed him formally. Maybe he got too comfortable with this endearing nickname of Meng Bao. Meng Bao stared at me with his icy cold eyes, but he realized that his displeasure was showing too much. He blinked few times. He acted with his cute puppy eyes again and said:

"Jie… don't call me Robin Yang. That's so cold of you…" Meng Bao pouted and kneeled in front of me.

My body jerked back as I was surprised by his sudden kneeling, "M—Mr. Robin Yang, you can't kneel in front of me!"
