"Do you believe in fate?" Lotte closed the door so that she did not need to hear it anymore. 

Her eyes filled with blood as she walked. She could see a few people were looking at her talking to each other. But their voices did not register in her mind. 

Their actions were blurry and their voices were fading. Her senses slowly started to lose. She could have a good life! She had been happy once. But all her happiness was snatched.

And the child, even if he was the prince, could not save her. She did not want him to hurt himself for saving her. She wants revenge. Why was it wrong to do so? She had suffered all her life. It was only right that others suffer with her too.

When she stopped, it was not her room where she was. But Eve's room. The insignia of Hawk was large and clear on the door warning the passers by.

She sucked in a deep breath and squared her shoulders as she opened the door without knocking on it.
