"I am really fine. There is no need for you to worry. There are just some things I need to sort out. Once they are sorted, I will be back to normal."

Mo Zi Lin nodded, but his eyes still held some doubt.

He looked at her and then asked, softly, "Is it about Xu Jingli?"

Chen Mumu's whole body froze, and she turned to gaze at Mo Zi Lin.

Mo Zi Lin had asked this out of curiosity, but seeing Chen Mumu's reaction, he realized his guess might be correct.

Back at the dinner, when Xu Jingli had joined them, Mo Zi Lin had felt that Chen Mumu and Xu Jingli shared some sort of familiarity.

They didn't act like people meeting for the first time, and he still didn't understand how Xu Jingli had ended up being the one to complete Chen Mumu's dare.
