The silence wrapped around you; you saw nothing but felt everything.

The dreamlike state and finally the unbelievable silence.
Your brain is switched off. Your senses are switched off.
Only your thoughts remain.
Fear took root, as did anxiety and depression.
It was just then that you woke up from a nightmare.
