"I'm here for you, Addie. Always," Lennox whispered. "I won't let anyone hurt you." 

Adrienne looked up at him, her eyes filled with tears. "Thank you, Lennox. I'm so lucky to have you." 

She didn't want to think about Alistair anymore and wondered how long her nightmares would persist. Adrienne hoped that with Lennox by her side, she could find the strength to overcome her demons and leave Alistair's memory behind. She knew it wouldn't be easy, but she was determined to move forward and find peace within herself. 

Lennox smiled at her and brushed her hair away from her face. "I'm the lucky one, Addie. I love you more than anything in this world." 

Adrienne wrapped her arms around him and held him close. She knew that she had escaped Alistair's clutches, but the memory of him still haunted her. But with Lennox by her side, she knew she could face anything.
