Glasses broke, pieces everywhere.

Windows behind the prince let out magnificent light.
Technically it was midday but the outside world didn't really have that much light. Which only meant he was using powerful lightbulbs outside, just for show.
Large room, quite extravagantly decorated with paintings, and banners and a lot of other things. The prince's personal office. Just on the west wing of the palace.
"Forgive my lord," The old man, Albine's face remained low, not even attempting to glance up. "We underestimated them."
There was another person in the room, namely, the prince's guard.
