章節 81: Coffee and Assignments

The following morning, Melisa woke with a sense of purpose.

Sleeping on it, like Javir had suggested, managed to make several ideas churn in her mind. 

She'd been up almost all night, piecing together a plan. And, she liked what she came up with. 

[I need to get the girls together to talk about this.] 

And so, she made her way back to the academy.

She spotted Isabella, Armia, and Raven all making their way to the second class of the day... None of them talking to one another, of course.

As soon as she saw them, she waved them over. 

"Hey, guys!" Melisa called out as she approached. "How do you feel about skipping class today?"

Isabella's eyes lit up with mischief, while Armia looked scandalized.

Raven, as usual, remained impassive.

"Skip class?" Armia asked with a raised brow, the golden scales running down her hands glinting in the sunlight. "What's gotten into you?"

"What? Is it that odd that I-"
