**Chapter 1**
In a room, a young man in his twenties sat on the edge of the bed, staring at the floor as he thought:
"Damn, my head hurts. So many memories, skills, and, above all, so much information... It's too much to take in! And why did I reincarnate as Flash's enemy and end up in prison?"
As he pondered, the sound of a metal door opening was heard.
"Knock, knock."
"Knock, knock."
A gruff voice was heard:
"Evan McCulloch, wake up. Someone brought you something very special."
Evan turned his head toward the slot where food was usually passed. It opened, letting in a beam of light that illuminated a black bag. Then the slot closed, returning the room to darkness.
Evan got up and approached the bag. He placed it on the bed and, after searching through a pile of books, found a small lamp that provided good illumination.
As he shone the light on the black bag, he saw a logo that read:
(Logo)
Mirror Master: Sam Scudder.
A smile spread across his face as he opened the bag. Inside, he found a suit of reflective metallic tones, silver and gray; a mirror gun with a sleek, futuristic design and additional controls on the handle; and a red notebook with a label that read "Mirror Master: Guide/Blueprints/Ideas/etc."
After examining the contents, he murmured:
"Interesting. Something I was expecting, but not like this. Now, the question is: Who or who sent this to me? And what am I supposed to do now?"
Evan sat back down on the bed and began stroking his jaw until a sound interrupted him.
Ding!
Ding!
A screen appeared before his eyes, displaying the following message:
(Screen)
Congratulations on reincarnating. You are granted a basic system.
The screen closed, and another opened, showing the system information:
(System)
Name: Evan McCulloch
Alias:
Age: 22 years
Location: DC/Earth-4257/Central City.
Earth-4257: In this alternate reality, the universe is dominated by an alliance of superheroes and supervillains who, instead of fighting each other, have established a balance of power to maintain global stability. Heroes and villains work together on a council to resolve conflicts and handle cosmic threats.
Reading this, a smile formed on Evan's lips.
"Ha! This is incredible, a DC world where heroes and villains aren't at odds. Now, to try on the suit and the gun."

A bit short for the chapter; it’s an idea I had saved, but now I’ve written 10 more chapters and I loved this chapter, even if it’s just a test...
