The next day, Keinichi opened his eyes lazily after a good sleep. He did not know what time it was because the room was very dark. The sun ray could not pass through the thick curtain. He sat up and took his phone to check the time "8 o'clock ?! dammit !".
He planned to wake up earlier as he planned to bring her to special place.
He turned on the light and jumped put from the bed. He was surprise to see her bed was empty.
"Good morning, Oniichan" Cacha came from the bathroom fully dressed up. She wore a white Knee length dress with knee length black boot.
"Good morning" He came over and kissed her forehead "What time did you wake up ? why did not you wake me up ?"
"I did want to distrube your sleep. You look very tired"
He giggled "Did you watch me sleeping ? for how long ? hold on, did you take your revenge by kissing me when I was in deep slumber ?"
She punched his chest lightly "You are annoying"
He knew she was shy because her face was red, he could not help but teased her more "I don't mind if you did it. So, did you ?"
"You said we are going to special place today. Come one, get your self ready. There is a cafe cross the road, I'll buy coffee for you"
From her facial expression, He was pretty sure that she did it.
"Yes madam" He pinched her cheek lightly and stole a kiss before he ran to the bathroom.
About 15 minutes later, Keincihi was ready. While waiting for her to come back, he used his free time to check his email. The knock on the door distract his concentration, but he did not upsat since he though that she forgot to bring her swipecard, so he just opened the door with bug smile painted in his face.
However, his smiled evaporated in flash as He found a caucasian woman with blonde hair was smiling at him instead of his little babe. "Do I know you ?" He asked coldly.
"You are Keinichi, right ?" The lady asked. He did not answer her but just furrowed his eyebrows.
"Hello, I'm Patricia, your father personal assistant. Your father is waiting for you in the hotel restaurant down stair" She said politely.
He did not say anything but just stared at her "I am busy, I'll see him next time"
"Wait a minute" She grabbed his wirst before he closed the door.
He stared at her coldly and got rid of her hand from his. He turned his gaze away and saw Cacha there. Cacha face was darker when she saw a woman held his hand.
"I'm sorry but your father wishes to talk with you" Patricia said.
"Tell him that I just have 15 minutes. I'll be there soon" He took Cacha hand and led her inside their room.
Once he closed the door, he pinned her on the wall "Babe, she is my father assistant, don't be jealous ok ?"
"Jealous ? me ? I am not"
"That's not good if you are not jealous"
"Why ?"
"Because it means that you don't love me" He smiled slyly.
"I .. well.. I don't like it when she held your hand"
He chuckled "Lets go down stair, my father is waiting on the restaurant"
"your father ? why did not you tell me earlier"
"I did not know either until that woman knocked door few minutes ago" he took his coat before they went down stair.
"Oniichan, wait ..."
"Why ?"
"Is your father scary ?"
He snorted "I am here. No one will do anything to you.
They walked inside the restaurant and stopped right on the entrance door.
"Oniichan, where is your father ?"
"No idea. I am not sure if I can recognise him"
"What do you mean ?"
"I haven't seen him for almost 7 years"
"what ?! unbelievable" she was shock with his confession.
"I think it's him" He pointed at a table where middle age caucasian couple were sitting.
"Are you sure ?"
"Most likely. the woman that came earlier was there" He clutched her hand and walked to the table.
The middle age man lifted his head when he noticed someone was approaching their table "Keinichi !" he smiled happily.
Keinichi just nodded and walked to the table with Cacha hand clenched his hand firmly. He knew how nervous she was so he patted her hand to soothe her.
"Sit down. Have breakfast with us" Mr Anderson said. His eyes were traveling from his son and the girl beside him
Keinichi pulled a chair in front of the woman next to his father and let Cacha sat there while he sat infront of his father. He knew that she was still nervous so he held her hand underneath the table to show his support.
"How do you know I'm here ?" Keinichi asked coldly.
"Is it how you greet your father ?" Mr Anderson glared at his son.
Keinichi did not answer, he just stared back at the old man.
"We saw you yesterday" The lady next to Mrs Anderson said.
"This is Jen. My wife" Mr Anderson introduced the woman.
"Nice to see you, Keinichi. You are much more handsome than your picture" The woman smiled gently "Should not you introduce your girlfriend to us ?"
Keinichi did not have any reaction, he just gave the couple a cold stare, then atmosphere turned very awkward. Cacha smiled nervously, then she introduced herself "Hello, I am Charlene. Nice to meet you aunty uncle" Cacha introduced her self.
The anderson couple was stunned when they heard she addressed them as uncle and aunty. Cacha sensed something amiss. In split seconds, she just realised that his father was westerner. "My mother always asked us to call elder as uncle and aunty since we were young" She explained it.
Mr Andersons was familier with Asian way for addressing people "Oh sure. I don't think you are Japanese. Aren't you ?"
"She is not. Your assitant said that you wanted to see me" Keinichi cut short the conversation, he was in rush to left.
"You did not come to our dinner few months ago. I have a lot of thing to discuss with you" Mr Anderson toned was little bit harsh
"lets find other time" Keinichi stood up.
"Charlene, Have you had breakfast ?" His step mother smiled gently
Cacha smiled "I have bought sandwich and coffee" she showed them paper bag on her hand.
"Keinichi, you shouldn't let your girlfriend hungry. Your father had order breakfast for you. Charlene, I am sorry. We haven't ordered anything for you. here the menu, please order what ever you like" Mrs Anderson handed Cacha the menu.
Cacha took it and put it down. Then, she stared at Keinichi, asked for his opinion silently. She learned from her mother and her sisters in law to give face to their partner in front others.
Keinichi was hungry but he still could hokd it. However, he did not want his girlfriend starve because of him. So, closed his eyes briefly before he decided to sit back. He took the menu and flipped it over "Babe, what do you like ?".
"I have no idea" Intially she was very hungry. But her hunger disappeared eversince he told her that his father was waiting for them.
"Do you like baked egg and sausage ?"
"Your dad had ordered it for you" Mrs Anderson informed them.
"He loved it. when he was in high school, everytime I took him for meal, he always ordered it " Mr Anderson chuckled
