On her first day of work, Cacha and Kenichi left home together. When he held her hand, He noticed her palm was cold and sweating. So, he told her few jokes to ease her nervouse.
She halted her step when they were in front of the building
"Oniichan, will every one welcome me ?"
"Why not ?"
She puffed "Because"
He flicked her forehead gently " Don't worry too much. Your office will be in level 10 and mine is level 11. Today, I bring you to level 11 first, Jun is waiting for us. He's going to help you, everything will run smoothly" Last night, he called Jun and asked him to organise it for her.
"That's much better"
As soon as they stepped out from the elevator, Jun greeted them with smile "Good morning boss, lady boss".
"Babe, go inside first with Jun"
Cacha took a deep breath and walke with Jun. it was not her first time working in new environment, but this time was more challengong for her. She did not want people to bad mouthing her.
"Sister in law, you looks fabulous"
Cacha looked more mature in her office attire.
"Thank you"
Jun introduced Cacha to the receptionist. He then helped Cacha to get her Employee ID.
Kenichi waited for few minutes before he stepped in.
"Good morning director, this is our new employee, Miss Feng. She is in landscape departement" Jun introduced Cacha to Kenichi in profesional way. He did his best to supressed his laughter.
"Hello, Nice to meet you" Kenichi let his hand out.
Cacha smiled "Hello, Nice to meet you too" she shook hand with him.
He playfully held her hand and tickled it. She glared at him fiercely but he was only grinning
Jun coughed "Director, let me take Miss Feng to her department"
"Oh sure"
"Boss, it's only 8 hours" Jun whispered to his boss to tease him as he passed him.
Kenichi glared at him but he let a faint giggle the next second.
"Sister in law, How do you feel working for your own boyfriend ?" June teased her on their way down stair.
"It's ok. I'm just very nervous. Do you think I can communicate with my colleagues ?"
"Of course. Your japanese is very good. My brother is good teacher, isn't he ?
Cacha giggled "In some way"
Jun took Cacha to the project manager. The project manager was an middle age man. He was very surprised to know that she could speak Japanese quite well. Their team was not a big one. Surprisingly, she was the only one who was doing the landscape design.
It did not take long to introduce her to every one. One think that was unusual, all men in her team were middle age men. She suspected that Kenichi did it deliberately
After the brief introduction, project manager handed her the project document. Cacha scratched her head, the document was written in Japenese. With her current ability, there were a lot of character that she did not understand. She tried to work it out by using google translator but some did not make any sense. She did not want to assume and made big mistake, it would let Kenichi down.
So, she texted Keinichi, begging for help 'oniichan, help me !!! I can't read this'. She also attached few snapped of the documents.
Kenichi was in the middle of meeting with all the manager when his phone buzzing. He saw it came from her so he took a quick scan on the message and covered his mouth to hide his smile.
'Give me few minutes' He texted her back "Sorry, lets continue"
At the end of the meeting, He called Jun "special assistant, did you translete the project document to English for our new employee ?"
"Yes sir"
"Have you printed it ?"
Jun swore under his breath, he forgot "I am sorry sir. I will do it tonight"
"Call Miss Feng to meeting room now, I'll personally explain it to her some important parts now"
Kenichi did not know if he had to raise Juns' salary or to cut his bonus. He did jot do his job properly but gave him a brilliant idea how to lure her to his office during working hours. This excuse was used for the next few months until they relationship was made to public.
As soon as Cacha was inside the meeting room, Kenichi slammed the door and hugged her from behind "How is there ? did some on picking on you ?"
"no"
"good"
"Oniichan, don't be like this. Someone may see us"
"Don't worry, I'm the boss. No one dares to come here without my permission. What do you need from me ?" He pinched her jaw. The meeting had transparent glass wall but he already rolled down the blind.
"I need to know the objective of this project, market target ect"
"Alright. Now, I'm going to go through the important part. Jun, he will give you the english version soon"
"Can you help me with the Japenese version, teacher ?"
"Well depend, what kind of fee I'll get ?"
"mm, free dinner and lunch? "
"no. morning and night kiss will do"
"So Stingy"
They laughed together.
"Should we begin now ?" he asked as he pulled a chair for her. He sat next to her and started to explain this and that.
knock, knock. some one was there.
"Come in"
Jun twitched as he saw the couple were sitting together very closed. Cacha lips were wet, she just had a sip of water while Kenicho voice was a little hoarse, He did not drink much but talked alot. They made jun imagination turn wild. "Boss, there are the documents to be signed".
"Leave them there"
"Yes Sir. Have a nice time" he grinned and closed the door as soon as posible.
"do you think we should apply japanese style or western or other ?" she asked at the end of the long explaination.
"Wifie, it's up to you. you are the expert"
"ok then. I need to go back"
"wait !! Have lunch with me. It's normal for boss to take new employee for lunch"
"Really ?"
"yes" Of course, He was the boss. Boss could implement new rule as long as he wanted. No one would dare to challenge him.
None the less, none of the employee there suspected anything. They all knew that their boss was a type on man who did not like woman. Further more, Miss Feng was foreigner and only big boss spoke fluent wnglish. Only Jun who shook his head and laughed. Never came up in his mind that big boss was actually very cute and cunning when he fell in love.
