It looks like a simple leather belt with a big jewel (Topaz(?)) on it. Perfect for martial artist character and in world like One Piece, BnHA, Marvel, etc...

POWER:
Insight: It can be used to read an opponent's mind and to use this to predict their next move, greatly increasing the user's battle ability. Despite this, the user must be in peak physical condition or equal(more) powerful than the enemy to fully make use of this advantage.
Farsight: its stated that the user is able to see things clearly no matter the conditions. This ability was used to search for things and seems to allow the user to have long-ranged vision.
Clearsight: It also seems to have the ability to look through solid objects. It is often used to look through clothing and see if there are any hidden weapons. (AN: Pervert I know what you think when you read this.)
Precognition: By seeing the smallest muscle movements, the user can see what a person will do next.
Illusion Sight: It casts an illusion that brings the target to their most precious person and shows them before their eyes.

DESCRIPTION:
In the manga, Erastone was shown to be a jewel within a crown. When activated, the center opens, shining a light upon the opponent in range of it. Destroying both their Teigu and the crystal itself, after which shattering upon use, the crystal can regenerate over time giving it a weekly usage
In the anime, Erastone was shaped as a golden ring of average radius. When activated, a purple eye opened in its center, with black branching patterns appearing around the eye itself. Once its user chose their target, the ring shined a bright light towards a designated Teigu, disabling and destroying the weapon and itself afterward.
