摘要
Arthur Astley, a man who has his wishes indirectly granted through a strange assessment in form of survey. He wanted to be a knight? Was born bastard of the drunkard king, Robert Baratheon. Liked rain? Spent his childhood in Storm's End. Wished he had physical gifts? Well, it goes without saying, he has the blood of House Baratheon and a system to boot. Simped for Raiden Shogun? She's right there.
Though, nothing is ever quite so simple. His beloved Goddess is practically useless, majority of nobles look down on him due to his heritage and the conflicts of the ever-spinning Game of Thrones are on the horizon. Given the opportunity to succeed in his ambitions, Arthur... now Edric Storm is determined to make the most of his new gifts despite all the obstacles ahead of him.

寫檢討Not only one of the best GoT fics, but also one of the best fics I've ever read. It's rare to find such a piece of media, but this fic genuinely sparked emotion in me. And the way the author dealt with Lysanna's death, and how the MC finally realised how much Raiden meant to him was simply golden. Would recommend it to anyone who likes a worthwhile read. PS: Please Author, Could you give us more interactions between Riden and the MC. I want to see the romance between them truly blossom. I totally ship the two.
揭示劇透it was going good but Author a massive jaime fan bro but its not needed to keep him alive and spare him it was good for awhile untill then
Great novel, with nothing but excellent dialogue that captivates and draws you into the world, unfortunately all this was ruined personally by some terrible choices. The first of which is the anti climactic death of his first love, which mind you is an OC. Most won’t like this, personally I didn’t either not because of them being OC but due to the lack of character development, an OC Whose only interiaction occurs with our Mc four times, before our emotionally needy Mc falls head over heal for her. Second and the worst yet is the sparing of Jamie Lannister, without giving into spoilers let’s just say he killed someone close very close to the mc in blood, but instead of killing him the mc spares him and sends him to the wall. I still cannot except how Stannis a stickler for rules was able to except this, it’s completely illogical and breaks all the narrative. But other than these it’s a great novel, with stable updates, and no gramatical errors, fantastic characters and emotionaly captivating dialogue, and just a fun read all around the first eighteen chapters are a just a blast. So if you have a spare time or bored give it a read it’s probably one of the best game of thrones fanfiction on WEBNOVEL at the moment. I’ll update this review in the future when the book is finished.
gave this another shot, everything is above average. I just don't like the MC having no free will, every time he showed feelings, Raiden would gaslight him, or the higher entity would give him conditions that he must follow. Don't get me wrong, MC's real feelings are annoying AF and I agree to most of their gaslighting, but that real personality kept coming out and it just ruin any sense of payoff he got from all that hard work.
Enjoyable story that keeps you engaged. Some parts there is room for annoyance, but you can always expect that. I couldn’t ask for much more.
One of the best fanfics on GOT I've ever read, deserves more views and stones Great story development, especially with it distancing it self from canon. Great writing quality alongside with character progression....................XD
Something that I have always wondered is if the Valyrians conquered the continent of Essos because all the noble families of Valyria died? It just doesn't make sense, who ruled the big cities in Essos? the slaves? Weren't there dragon lords ruling those cities? Didn't the families of Valyria have their own territories?
I enjoy this fanfic quite a lot, its interesting enough for me, and it always makes me want to read more. I just hoped the releases would be more frequent, but each author has their own lives, and so I would not fault the author that much. Either way, its a story I would reccomend.
It's a great story and all with some things that I dislike but overall is a great read . Is it a harem tho?
A strong start with some bonuses for the reincarnated MC but nothing OP atleast yet as MC trains relentlessly for his skills. Writing quality is good, the humor is there as the MC’s inner monologues have made me chuckle a couple of times. The only downside I would say is that the MC is quite young and will have only hit his teenage years when canon kicks off.
I think it's an alright story. I have conflicts with how he tackles his emotions and how he develops his strength. If I were just a regular kid living in the middle ages I would have a little more understanding of some of the decisions but as a grown adult mind in a child's body, he does make some childish decisions. I am somewhat of a genshin geek and would say that although Raiden's cold robotic personality is accurate she is nerfed compared to the actual genshin world.
MC is supposed to be a more realistic loser reincarnated into Game of Thrones. His last life was a clash of ideals that don't really mesh. His new life is spent training like Lebron and being haunted by a female game character (doesn't really make sense but whatever). Story is decent with character growth and introspection but gets mind numbing at some points.
You have written Harem(Probably), but I hope NoHarem will make the decision.Just Raiden...................................................................happy new year
