"I don't want to go," I bit my lip nervous about the annoyance on Alexis' face. 

"Should I just kill my father then?" He asked, crossing his arms as he loomed over the bed. 

"Or is it Damian you'd rather I kill?" He paused for a moment, looking serious in thought, "or I could just do away with them b-"

"Stop," I called out, eyes glancing at the door, nervous one of the guards in the hallway could hear him. Though they were loyal to him, they were all Westerners, right?

He crawled from the base of the bed until he hovered over me, "so what am I to do? Drag you there kicking and screaming?"

"Why are you so adamant about playing your role so... so..." I groaned in frustration. His father, the King, had heard that I'd been found and summoned us both to Athens. 

"If I don't, then what is the point?" Though his smirk was playful, his eyes were deadly serious.
