"Get uuuup!" I uttered in frustration and tried pulling him up.

After a while, he raised himself and swayed like crazy before I pushed him down the sofa. He landed face-first but I didn't give a damn about it and just blow the hair off my face.

"I'm going to sleep now."

My eyes gazed at the figure of him momentarily. I was about to turn around when his hands grabbed my arms and pulled me.

I squealed when I landed on top of him. He then hugged me before moving again so that we are lying side by side.

"I'm sorry babe," he whispered. His breath fanning my neck. My heart stopped beating for a second. 

What? Did he just...

His breath was warm and is tickling my senses.

"I'm sorry for shouting at you," he added.

I remained silent and pliant beside him. I didn't even make a move to get out of his embrace. I just lied there, listening to him.
