My breath was caught in my throat after hearing his words.

I got so flustered that I didn't immediately respond to his order, as I sat there trying to compose myself. A short yelp left my mouth when I was suddenly yanked away from my chair and was hauled around to face him. Keith's large and broad body crowded me, trapping me against the counter. 

My head snapped up to look at him and saw his dark eyes. It fvcking scared me for a moment when they looked down at me, glowing so intense that I shivered. My heart was beating so loudly now that I couldn't even hear how shallow my breaths had become.

"Kotik, what did I tell you?" he murmured. I could hear the edge in his voice, sounding so dangerous.
