"I am La Galissonnière-class light cruiser Marseillaise, the Iris's fighting angel. I feel no fatigue, fear no pain, and swing my blade only to uphold peace and justice. "I am the third of the Richelieu class, the never-completed Clemenceau. Unlike Richelieu, Jean Bart and Gascogne, who made a name for themselves, I was abandoned during that great war. However, my lack of history or honors is also my greatest asset – that's right, nobody ever notices the shadow lurking behind the curtains. Heehee~," the long light brown haired shipgirl said. "Alright you all are heading to France and Mutin will assign you to your posts, those with sisters will be assigned with them. Still have to setup transportation so just relax and enjoy your stay and help out with the shipgirls here," Sovereign said.

Sovereign alone again but for some of the child shipgirls who are playing video games around the room. Sovereign returns to her work in looking over reports of the repairs of her shipgirls and the funding to do so.
With a fleet of shipgirls and how they all need resources to be repaired and resupplied, Sovereign been looking into other sources of income. She's being funded by the different countries that are apart of the EU right now but she doesn't want to be completely dependent on them. Which is why she's allowing the shipgirls to make money, like being in fashion shows, have photo shoots, and adult theme works in Asia. Seeing how there be erotic works of the shipgirls no matter what, at least they can make money off of it.
Sovereign doesn't like it but she needs to fill her war chest so that she won't be caught flat footed like what happen when those politicians in the US decided to vote against the bill for funding to repair her shipgirls who were killed or damaged during the endbringer attack. All so that they could play off their power base and get support for whatever they were doing. Not caring that them delaying the repairs would just result in her fleet not being at full strength for the next attack. Her leaving for Europe and her calling them out by name has caused them, doing everything they can to bring her back.

Germany -
A heavily guarded government lab is in flames as a mechanical 3 headed dragon is destroying everything around it. The dragon is a massive red and black robot dragon, with a long snake like body and two massive wings. The heads have gun turrets on them that are firing at anything that is dangerous to its mistress.
As the surviving personal and soldiers ran from the destruction, a tall woman with long blonde hair and dress in a military uniform is calmly walking out of the burning building. She is Bismarck Zwei, who looks just like her sister but has a more revealing black outfit and a longer black cloak with a red underside. Clone from the original, it was hoped that once the mental programming was finish that she would be under the German government's control.
Only for her to awaken during the programming and summon her rig and the clothes that she's now wearing. She is also not alone, there were also other clones in the lab too, which Bismarck Zwei freed. Following behind her are the two battlecruiser sisters Scharnhorst and Gneisenau. The submarine U-556, who like her would had been brainwashed as well.
Like Bismarck Zwei the 3 Iron Blood shipgirls are very different from the original shipgirls. Their clothes are more black, dirty, ragged, that looks like they been surviving in a wasteland. Their rigs also reflected their state, being battle scared and more beastal. They also look different as they're more worn or in the case of U-556 older. She's bustier than her normal self, but she's also wearing considerably more clothing.
Bismarck Zwei's mechanical dragon landed in front of the 4 shipgirls. Scharnhorst, Gneisenau and U-556 desummon their rigs and climb on the back of Bismarck Zwei's mechanical dragon, once they had a good grip the dragon flew off. Leaving behind a burning lab and panic as the ones in charge knows that the clone shipgirls are now heading to Sovereign.

Author's Notes -
1 - Ok the outfits of the shipgirls are swimsuit base on the most part, making sense as they are ships. But Painlevé's outfit that has only a blue ribbon covering her groin is just too much for a non hentai game.
