"what is it?" I ask with a little bit annoyed tone while laying at my bed, sleepily rubbing my eyes as the ray of the sun coming from the window hit my eyes.
"It's already morning sir, you ordered last night to wake you up." A feminine voice responds with a hint of nervousness as she almost stutters but fortunately manages to pronounce what she's saying right.
"Ok, wait for me in the living room." Remembering my plans for today, I get off the bed as I head toward the bathroom and take a quick bath.
Shortly after bathing, I started getting dressed as I wore comfortable and flexible clothes I currently have.
I went straight to the living room where I was greeted by 4 maids each carrying a large bag with necessary stuff inside.
"From the looks of it, you have prepared what I ask for." I commented looking at each of the bags their holding, some were filled with daily foods that last for a few months, some first aid tools, and more.
"Yes master" All of them answered as they put the bags on the table.
I swept my hands above the bags as they all disappeared and was put inside the inventory where the foods won't rot.
*knock* *knock* *knock*
"Master, it's time for breakfast." The head maid knocked and said while standing outside the room.
"I'm coming." I said as I turned around heading toward the door but not before sweeping my eyes around the four maids who has a happy expression plastered on their faces but quickly vanished seeing my gaze.
I reach my hand to the doorknob and head start to the dining room where Jessie and a bunch of maids could be seen.
"Daddy!" Jessie greeted me as she waves her left hand while the other was touching the spoon.
I gave her a small nod and a lovely smile while heading in her direction specifically to the chair by her side.
"How are you doing my princess?" I ask as I rub her hair, at first she tries to stop my hand but soon gave up.
"Daddy was a bully." Jessie stated as she pouted and crosses her arms.
"Hahahaha, daddy was a bully because your cute when you're annoyed." I tease as her face turned red in embarrassment. (no pedophilia going on around here)
"Mooo I won't talk to you again." She stated as she turn her head to the opposite of where I was sitting.
"Hahahah, ok ok daddy was sorry, it won't happen again." I raise my hands indicating a defeat as she releases a smug smile and continued eating.
"Eat your food fast, daddy has an important thing to say." I stated which caught her attention as she bother me nonstop to tell it already but I zip-close my mouth as she soon gave up.
Soon enough Jessie and I were done eating as the maids started taking the plates and other utensils then cleaned the table.
"What is it daddy?" Jessie ask with a confused look as I put my hands above her head patting it.
"Well, I would be gone for a few months or even a year as I have important things to do, you'll stay here so behave ok?" I confessed as I tried explaining it to her in the nicest tone that I can so he won't cry but it failed as a tear was threatening to drop from her eyes.
"but can't I come?" She asks with a teary voice as she looks straight into my eyes with her teary eyes but my decision was cemented.
"No, but before I leave, I wanna give you a gift im sure you would like." I stated as a Pokeball suddenly appeared to my other free and empty hand.
Jessie took the Pokeball and immediately pressed the button in the center as a red light escaped the ball and form a silhouette.
"Eevee!" Jessie exclaimed recognizing the Pokemon's species.
Yes, the Pokemon inside the Pokeball was an Eevee, a national household Pokemon I known for their cuteness and special evolutions.
And this Eevee wasn't just any normal Eevee, it's an Eevee with a DeepRed Potential that Nathaniel caught just a few days ago and gifted to me.
'I first plan to add it to my team but I guess it was much better to be in Jessie's hand than mine.' I thought reminiscing my expression when I first saw this Eevee's Stats.

No matter how many times I look at it, I still get amazed by how much potential this Eevee has.
In terms of attack moves, it was extremely lacking but in terms of supporting, its potential could be said to be extremely high, much higher than my Azumarill! plus with its DeepRed Aptitude, it's could be a powerhouse when trained right in the future.
This was enough sign of my trust in Jessie and how much I valued her future potential.
Of course, Jessie, who also receive the same benefits or much better compared to the four orphans in term of the skill Food Chain, also receive the ability to appraise Pokemon so she could also see how valuable this Eevee was.
"Thank you" Jessie said while hugging the Eevee tightly with a smile but I knew it was fake and she still felt sad about my sudden departure.
"Just because I can't bring you with me now doesn't mean I can't bring you next time." I knew I needed to do something to turn that sadness into something else so I said to her this while patting her head.
"Promise me Jessie, be strong ok?" I added while continuing patting her.
The sadness in her eyes soon vanished hearing what I said and was replaced by a determination, a determination to become stronger.
I secretly nodded as her moods changes as I know that with this determination she would be much stronger when I returned.
I just stared at Jessie who was hugging Eevee tightly with a fire of determination ignited in her eyes.
*sigh*
I sigh reminiscing all of the time we spent together, how much we get closer and closer each day as I became her number one support and she become a person I needed In my life to cover up the hole in my heart caused by the two people I loved but betrayed me.
