[Johan's POV]

"I'm handsome."

Johan bit back a laugh as Alden said it in the same way someone would describe the weather. Alden's narcissism annoyed him most of the time, even if he truly had the looks to back it up. Admittedly, he found it adorable when the red-haired man was drunk and sulking.

"I'm rich." Alden took a swig of the expensive brandy Johan couldn't spell the name of because it was written in French. He pointed at the three-story building and hiccuped. "I can buy that stupid company and make you my slave."

"Hah." Johan bumped his head against the passenger seat's recliner and crossed his arms. "I'll file an immediate resignation if that happens."

"I won't allow you."

"You can't stop me. I have my right to resign."

"I will sue you for breach of contract and charge you for damages."

"And I'll sue you for slavery and violation of human rights."

"What the fuck?"
