In a world overrun by supernatural creatures and magic, phoenixes are known to be 'extinct' creatures of a distant past that were commonly referred to as 'Creatures of Calamity' and yet, contrary to that belief, they were also known to be creatures of sublime peace and indomitable mental fortitude.
Our main character, Arthur is one of two princes of the Phoenixes. Born into a race that must remain hidden, lest they risk losing their lives to their mortal enemies, the Dragons.
As life in the castle becomes more 'suffocating', the prince sets his sights on something... interesting.
Barthlorn School of the Supernatural: An elite academy meant to train only the best to fight the Dark Forces of the Supernatural.
Hunters, Dragons, Shifters, Warlocks, Healers, Magic and so much more are to be found within the walls of the great School. With so much to learn and so little to lose by doing so, the prince seeks adventure within the walls of the Academy.
Like all oblivious main characters, nothing prepares him for the adventures he will find at great school. Nothing prepares him for the strength of the bonds he creates there... and with those bonds comes the frailty of his race's most sacred secret.
Revealing the existence of his kind could quite literally mean death for all phoenixes.

This is not my type story, but I still liked it a lot, but the cover wasn't that catchy for me ,but still gotta say it's good
In a captivating world of supernatural beings and magic, this novel brilliantly resurrects the forgotten phoenixes, blending elements of peace and fortitude amidst chaos. The plot weaves an enthralling tale around Prince Arthur, bringing to life his journey at the Barthlorn School of the Supernatural. With an impressive flair for storytelling, he author skillfully unveils an intriguing realm filled with Hunters, Dragons, and Warlocks. The gripping narrative and strong character bonds keep readers enthralled, revealing secrets that could spell doom for an entire race. A must-read showcasing exceptional writing skills!
Story is very captivating. Development ia just right and the quality is awesome worth the try. Good job author for sharing this novel. I want to read more and be with the lead along the way.
Welcome fellow readers to the critically acclaimed Ash review! (it's not really lol). Anyway, I hope this review will convince those of you who stumble on it, to read Phoenix of Calamity. First of is Writing Quality: Let me start off by saying that the writing quality in this novel is very good. In fact, it exceeds a large majority of webnovels on this app. Even better, though, is that the Author has definitely improved from the beginning, which is a big plus! Second is Story development: At the point this review was made at (Chap 78), the story has progressed nicely. We follow Arthur's journey through Barthlorn and the many challenges it has. That's all I'm gonna say, though, I don't want to spoil anything. The story has also introduced several conflicts between the characters and added some depth and development to said characters. Third is Character Design: The Author has given the MC, a unique personality. He struggles being an outcast, and the relationship with his brother is interesting. The Author has also created awesome sidecharacters, particularly Darius (who is my favourite 😁). Updating stability: The updating stability is very good, with the Author releasing a chap ever day which is epic! If you're worried about this aspect, then don't worry, the Author has shown they're consistent and reliable. Lastly is World Background: The World in POC is slowly getting unraveled piece by piece, with several interesting nuggets spread out along the way. If you're like me, who enjoys theorising and making the Author's life difficult (😏😂), then you'll be in good hands. Awesome! Lastly a personal message to the Author: You got this! Me and the rest of the readers appreciate the hardwork you're putting into this, and await more chaps. Good luck with writing and I hope you achieve your dreams with this novel. 🙏😁
