"My head hurts so much, what's wrong with me?"
Takahashi Haru, a native of Earth, had stayed up late watching the latest episode of One Piece the night before. Witnessing Buggy become an Emperor, he was so excited that he fainted.
When he woke up, he felt a splitting headache and weakness all over, as if he had been through a serious illness.
"Buggy, Buggy, wake up! The captain reached Laugh Tale and became the Pirate King!"
A red-haired boy was shaking a blue-haired, red-nosed boy vigorously, holding a newspaper.
"Whose voice is that? Buggy, is someone roleplaying? Why are you pushing me? How did he get into my house?"
Haru tried to open his eyes, but his eyelids felt heavy like boulders. It took him a long time to open them slowly.
He saw a strange building, clearly not his home. The style seemed to be from the world of One Piece.
"What's going on? Where am I? Did I get kidnapped?" A series of questions flooded Haru's mind.
"Impossible, impossible. Who would kidnap me? My entire fortune wouldn't even cover their escape expenses."
"Buggy, what's wrong? Are you still not feeling well?" Shanks stood beside him, anxiously watching Buggy, who lay in bed with vacant eyes.
He was worried because Buggy had been seriously ill recently, and he had only recovered a few days ago. He was afraid that Buggy's illness had returned.
That's why they stayed on this island and didn't continue sailing with the captain.
Hearing the voice, Haru turned his gaze to the anxious Shanks.
"What the heck? Isn't this the young Shanks? How is he here? Am I still dreaming?" Haru fell into deep doubt. He suspected he was dreaming.
At that moment, a series of fragments flashed in Haru's mind. A massive amount of information poured in, causing his head to ache even more. He immediately fell into a coma, unconscious.
"Buggy, Buggy, what's wrong? Don't scare me! Don't die!" Seeing Buggy convulsing in bed, Shanks thought he was about to die.
Seeing Buggy like this, Shanks immediately ran out of the house towards the doctor's residence on the island.
When Shanks, panting heavily, dragged the doctor back to the room, he saw Buggy lying motionless. Many bad thoughts filled his mind, and his eyes were filled with anxiety.
"Doctor, please take a look at Buggy. Something must be wrong with him."
Hearing this, the doctor looked at the boy on the bed. He also realized the urgency of the situation and immediately walked to the bedside.
After a series of examinations, the doctor relaxed. He had confirmed that the boy was fine, just unconscious for some reason.
Looking at the red-haired boy, the doctor smiled and said, "Your friend is fine. He's just unconscious. Don't worry."
Hearing this, Shanks also breathed a sigh of relief. It was only unconsciousness, as long as he wasn't dead.
Seeing Shanks clearly relax, the doctor asked a series of questions. Finally, the doctor reached a conclusion.
"Your friend might have been weakened by his recent illness, leading to his unconsciousness. You need to pay attention to his nutrition during this time and let him recover properly."
Knowing the cause and the solution, the doctor left with a grateful Shanks.
Looking at Buggy lying in bed, Shanks was still very worried. He and Buggy had grown up together. They were not brothers, but they were like brothers. Although they always bickered, their brotherhood was real. Seeing him like this, Shanks was naturally very worried.
After waiting for a while, seeing that Buggy didn't react, Shanks knew he might not wake up for a while. Sitting here wasn't the solution.
He also remembered the doctor's words, that Buggy needed to replenish his nutrition. They didn't have any food, and he had to go hunting.
After waiting a little longer, Shanks got up, picked up his sword, and walked out of the house, heading towards the depths of the mountain.

He was now inhabiting Buggy's body and had already received all of Buggy's memories. He also knew the current time, the year Roger became the Pirate King.
"What the heck? I just watched some anime, and I got transported? I even became Buggy? Even though I liked him when I watched the anime, I don't want to be Buggy. I can't stand that red nose."
Thinking about this, he couldn't help but touch his nose. The round shape, the soft texture, made him sigh involuntarily.
"Buggy, you're awake! Quickly finish this plate of grilled meat. The doctor said you need to replenish your nutrition. After eating this plate of grilled meat, you'll recover quickly."
Of course, the speaker was Shanks. He was holding a plate piled high with grilled meat and handed it to Buggy, who had just woken up.
Hearing this voice, Buggy guessed who it was. This was the future Emperor of the Sea, Shanks, and also Buggy's childhood friend.
"Shanks, what happened to me?" Even though he knew his current situation, he had to act accordingly. Otherwise, the difference would cause unnecessary trouble.
"Buggy, you were unconscious just now. You scared the hell out of me. I thought you were dead."

They wouldn't get stuffed, and some people could even eat endlessly, like Luffy. His body was like a bottomless pit. He could eat several times the amount Buggy ate. What Buggy ate now was nothing to Luffy.
After eating and drinking his fill, Shanks took the plate and walked out of Buggy's room. Seeing that Buggy was in good condition and nothing seemed abnormal, he walked out of the room. He wanted to let Buggy rest for a while so he could recover as soon as possible.
