章節 2: Joining/ Parents
'Urghh.....ahh why my body hurt so much' i thought while suddenly a rush of different memories appeared in my mind,
"Arghhh.....ahhh....urghh" i yelled while thinking about the memories that appeared in my mind.'celestial dragon', 'Im', 'Successor'.
After 10 mins or so the pain began to relieve but because of the loud yelling, the people onboard was attracted by the shouting so they immediately run to see what's happening.
"Hey kid what wrong with you?" Ask by a middle age man who wore a serious and cold like face
"Hah....hah..hah....i am okay sir." I said while looking at the middle age man, of course as a one piece fan he definitely knew who this person was.
"Are you the one who help me? And can i ask sir where am i?" I added while looking down, not wanting to eye contact with the middle age man because of excitement.
"You are on our boat, the oro jackson and were currently sailing on the sea, and the one who save you was not me but my captain, roger." The middle age man replied to him while maintaining his usual cold look.
"Then can i know who and what pirate group you're belong to sir?" I ask acting like not knowing anything at all.
" i am crocus and the pirate crew that owned this ship is the roger pirates" he introduce still wearing that neutral cold look.
"Roger pirate....roger" i mumble but still cant escape by crocus observation haki. As part of rogers porate, crocus still of course has 2 types of haki.
After mumbling for a second i tried to get up but then i notice my body was covered in bandages whether its feet to my neck is covered.
"You should get some more rest, maybe 2 to 3 weeks" crocus reminded me.
"Thanks crocus-san" i said then sending him a very bright smile.
Crocus didnt reply but just nod with a two slight curves in the corners of his mouth.
After 10 minutes or so some of the roger pirates crew appeared including roger himself while looking at him with a smile and rayleigh with a conflicated look.
-----Flashback 3Hours before------
"Roger are you sure about bringing him in? Im afraid that boy was not simple. In the God valley there are only status of people Slaves, guard or cp's and the worst of all, the celestial dragon. And based on his injury it is because of the war but their is no scar about being torture so he is not a slave, that only leave us 2 choices, if he is a guard or cp it wont be a problem but if that boy was a celestial, it will bring disaster to us." Rayleigh warned roger as a vice captain about the possible identity of jack.
"I have also thought about that rayleigh but my instinct is telling me to bring him in" roger said what he felt at that time when he saw jack.
"And besides were already at the seas, we cant just throw him away here."
"I hope your instinct was right, roger" rayleigh said while sighing because when roger makes
decision, he cant change it anymore
----Present-------
"How are you doing boy? HAHAHAAH" ask by the one in the middle.
"Im fine and thank you for taking me in sir?" I ask while acting like i dont know what to call him but of course who didnt know who this person was, the only one pirate king, the one who sail the whole world.
"Roger, i am Gold Roger the captain of this ship." He said with proud and smiling look.
"Ah so your roger-san, thank you for saving me roger-san." I said to while trying to bow with failed as im covered in bandages.
"Dont sweat about it boy, but lets get to the main topic, whats your identity boy." He ask to me with a excited look.
"I...i dont know, all i know after i wake up is that my name is Grace D. Jack" i said while looking at the ground looking depress. But iit was all an act but Grace D. Jack is really the surname of the mother's predecessor.
When they heard my reply, they didnt believe it at all but just shrugged it off but when they heard my name, they were shock as me having a D. In my name means im a enemies of the gods.
"A D. Huh" roger mumble to himself while looking at me with an interesting look then suddenly an idea appeared in his mind.
"Hey boy since you cant remember anything, why dont you join my pirate group?" Roger ask me while his crewmembers were trying to change rogers mind which ended in vain and they all could do is sigh and wait for my answer.
"Joining your group? Being a pirate?" I mumbled to myself to which didnt escape the ears of these people.
"Hmmm... ok since i dont have anything to do currently then joining your crew wont look bad but you need to guarantee my safety" i said to him because i knew how dangerous travelling to the sea was.
Everyone was stunned with my answer as they really think im a celestial so they think i would reject but they didnt expect that i would agree, after hearing my asnwer they didnt dare to thought that im a celestial, but still remain vigilance
"HAAHAHHA thats great ok i promise you but you need to train because i cant have someone protect you everytime." Roger said while still a little stunned but quickly shrugged it off and agreed to his request with condition.
"Hmm... okay afterall having the ability to save myself than having someone save me. After im healed i will start training but who will train me?" I said while looking at them and ask.
Which makes their last vigilance was crushed as there was no celestial who want to trained.
"Rayleigh will be your mentor so be nice to him and always listen to what he said." Said by roger to me then turned back to his crew.
"Guys we have a trainee on board so treat him right but first, let's have a a party HAHHAHA" he said while his crew just yelled then they leave the room and start a party.
After 5 days my injury was healed which shocked crocus because of my strong regeneration ability.
After my injury was healed i didnt go straigth to rayleigh to practice but to the mirror to see my face which was stunning, as i look like a 7 years old boy with white hair and my right eye has a black color while my left eye which was covered with my long hair was red in color with a cross iris. I look quite cool and handsome which makes me sigh a relief. When they see my left eye the crew was stunned as they havent seen it when they visit me because my hair was blocking it.
After my recovery, rayleigh took me to practice but didnt overdo it as i was still a kid and it would affect my growth if the training was intense. But i still feel my strength grow day by day.
10 days of practicing I could now destroy a tree with a punch, yes a tree with a punch.looks like my wish really there but i didnt bring them out as even if i trust them i wont still tell them, my plan was to only tell it to my crew on the future and my family.
3 and half month i could now destroy a wall made of stone with a single punch, really my physque was quite a cheat. After learning my achievement of strength in just a 3 and a half month everyone was surprise. All i do on whole 3 months was not just to train but also to befriend the crew which greatly work as they now treat me as one of them.
Year 1484, 1 year has past since jack joined roger pirate. He was now 1.4 meters in height while being 8 years old only. Now jack has a strength to bent a steel with a punch. And destroy it with barrage of punch.
This past year nothing happen interesting, every pirate i knew was still a rookie, are just born or not even born yet.
Every single pirate that was not worth mentioning was taken care by me and every time were in unhibitant island, i will be the one who were hunt the for the food.
And after a year of training im now qualified to train six style of navy. And i knew i wont be staying long on this ship because.
---Flashback 2 months before---
We are on one of the island of grandline to get supplies. When we are about to go to the bar, i saw a cp0 disguised as a civilian walking toward me and gave me a letter.
'Saint Jack from the Ezekiel family, your parents want to talk to you. Go to the orphanage.'
After reading the message i told roger that i would look around the island, roger find it odd but just shrugged it off and agreed.
After that i goes to the orphanage and found the cp waiting for me. After seeing me, he stood up.
"Saint Jack, the 'King' and mistress was ordering you to come back to mary geoise immediately." He said to me with polite tone.
I look coldly at him and said.
"Tell them i would comeback after i reach 17 so go back." I told him while still maintaining the cold look.
"How about saint jack tell it to the king directly" he said while taking out a den den mushi.

I coldly look at the den den mushi at his hand that was ringig and calmly pick it up.
*kacha*
"How are you doing, my son" "my son how are you doing there, did they hurt you?" The first voice was said by a calm tone with a sound of a middle age man and the second voice was a sound of a woman.
They are his father, Ezekiel Raven or the Im and his mother, Grace D. Lucia a former member of the will of D. Family but was thrown away, later he was found by raven and they fall in love.
"Im fine mother and father, but i dont want to go home yet." I said with a soothing tone. Its not an acting as after inheriting the memories of the predicessor he knew the personality of his parents, they dont care about the death of other people but doesnt rorture slaves like other celestial.
"Give me a good reason for me to agree." Said by his father.
"Because im enjoying it, being a pirate i mean." I told them then added.
"After i turned 15 i would comeback and tell you my plan so dont worry." I reassured them.
After hearing my answer they knew they cant do anything about it so they relenctually agreed and secretly send out a guardian.
After getting the concent of his parents, jack turned to the cp and told him to leave. Then walked into the direction of the bar.
