The Straw Hat Pirates successfully docked the Thousand Sunny and disembarked on the Sabaody Archipelago.
Led by Hatchan, they were currently searching for coating craftsmen, heading towards Grove 13 of the Sabaody Archipelago.
Along the way, Hatchan informed Luffy and the others about some things they should avoid on the Sabaody Archipelago.
"The most important thing to note is the World Nobles, also known as Celestial Dragons," Hatchan explained.
"They are extremely arrogant and wear bubble masks to breathe a different air than ordinary people. Above all, you must not get into any conflicts with them, and I need your promise on this."
However, Luffy didn't seem to pay much attention. He simply held the back of his head and smiled.
"I won't provoke the Celestial Dragons," Luffy stated. "But if they provoke me, whether they're a world noble or a Celestial Dragon, I'll send them flying!"
Hatchan continued to provide important information.
"There are a few more things to keep in mind. This island attracts many people who want to reach the New World.
You'll find pirates as famous as you, Marines hunting down pirates, bounty hunters, and even kidnapping groups."
As Hatchan's tone turned serious, he added, "If pirates are captured and sold, they won't receive any protection from the law.
If you draw too much attention, you might become a target. Be cautious about this."
Hatchan intended to discuss another point, but Luffy interrupted with a smile. "So many things to remember, huh?"
At the same time, Brook, who was at the back of the group, spoke up with a trembling voice. "Um, everyone, can we stop for a moment?"
His words caught everyone's attention, and they turned to look at him with confusion. Luffy asked, "What's the matter, Brook?"

Luffy made eye contact with the man, whose eyes sparkled like jewels with an emerald, green glow.
Two emerald, green lines resembling tear stains marked his cheeks. This man was Ulquiorra Cifer, a member of the Gale Emperor Pirates.
Brook's body shuddered uncontrollably upon making eye contact with Ulquiorra Cifer.
A boundless fear engulfed him, emanating from the depths of his soul.
Even before getting close to the opponent or engaging in a fight, Brook was already gripped by fear.
Robin and Nami noticed Brook's reaction and expressed disbelief. Robin asked, "Brook, are you... afraid? Afraid of that guy?"
They were aware of Brook's character. While he might not be particularly strong, he was certainly not a coward.
Yet, now he felt fear even before approaching the opponent.
Understanding the situation, Robin looked at Hatchan and suggested, "Let's change our route."
Hatchan nodded and agreed, "Yes, there are multiple paths to Grove 13, and the islands are interconnected. We can take a detour to avoid that person."
Ulquiorra Cifer didn't react much to their decision. He glanced briefly at Brook, then turned his gaze back to the distance.
After distancing themselves from Ulquiorra Cifer, Luffy turned to Brook with confusion and asked, "Brook, do you know him?"
Brook shook his head. "No, I've never met him before, but there's something about him that feels dangerous and unsettling."
Robin continued to provide information. "He is a commander of the Gale Emperor Pirates, Ulquiorra Cifer, with a bounty of 440 million Berries."
Chopper's eyes widened in shock upon hearing the bounty amount. "What?! 440 million Berries? Is there someone on this island with a higher bounty than Luffy?"
Nami couldn't help but be surprised as well. "A commander with a bounty of 440 million Berries? What about their captain?"
Robin looked at Nami and Chopper and calmly replied, "Their captain, Carnes, has a bounty of 1,093,000,000 Berries."
The mention of such a high bounty, 1,093,000,000 Berries, left everyone present breathless for a moment.
Even Hatchan, and the others couldn't help but exclaim in astonishment.
"What?!"
"1,093,000,000 Berries?"
"That's three times higher than the bounty of Luffy!"
