Noelle had wanted to meet her mystery man again. She really had! But she absolutely would not have imagined in her wildest dreams that it would be Perry Garland. 

She had been on her way to visit Becca and pick up the takeout she had ordered on her way in when someone slammed into her from the side and immediately began to panic once they realized her books had scattered everywhere. The voice sounded vaguely familiar but she couldn't remember where she had heard it before.

"I am so sorry! Let me help you," the man insisted, bending down to pick the books up. 

That was when Noelle got a better look at him and realized that he looked exactly like the man on the cover of Assassinate My Heart aside from being blonde. Zander's hair was light brown. 

She was so stunned she accidentally blurted what she was thinking. "…are you a book cover model, by chance?" 

"No." 

"Sorry! That was rude of me. You just look so much like—"
