Ultimately, this story is fluff. Canon characters conveniently act off-model if it helps them fall into the MCs clutches. The MC himself seems to have a reality distortion field instead of actual development. It's ok to listen to in the background with text to speech, but reading directly, I found myself skipping chapters.

Your mc and the reactions of people to your mc don't make sense. Regardless of how other ninja children might grow quickly the ninja would not act like it is perfectly fine for a 6 month old child to be able to spout philosophy and think like an adult with the knowledge of said adult. They would figure the child was being possessed through a jutsu and would lock that child up while trying to release the jutsu. Only an idiot would think a sheltered child spouting adult concepts without ever having to deal with said concepts is normal.
