"You can read the requirements on this sheet" then the administrative officer gave Adi a paper containing the requirements for applying for college leave
Read it for a while then Adi saw some of the requirements needed to take a leave of absence including:
1. Requesting the signature of the class supervisor as approval
2. The reason according to the provisions in this case is not something to play with
3. Pay tuition administration 1 semester in advance
4. The duration of leave is at least 1 month and a maximum of 2 semesters (can be extended with certain conditions and there are special conditions)
After reading the four requirements, Adi felt that he could fulfill all of them in one day so he then said goodbye to make preparations for leave.
After taking the leave form which contains the signature column from the class supervisor, as well as several things that must be filled out about the reason for the study leave taken, the next day completes the required data in the form, not basically when he has completed the form, and there are only two more requirements that need to be done, namely, asking for a signature from the class supervisor and also paying tuition for one semester.

"I'm sorry Sir if I interrupt your time, I'm here to ask for your signature, for the purposes of taking a leave of absence from college," said Adi to the lecturer.
"Leave from college? Are you sure?" Ask the lecturer, because he never thought Adi would ask for leave from lectures
"Yes sir, I'm sure, for urgent reasons" Adi replied again
" What reason?" Ask the lecturer
"Look sir, my grandfather is sick in his hometown and needs treatment, but because my father and mother are working and busy so they can't get permission to take care of grandfather, so after a family meeting it was decided that I would go home" said Adi explaining
"Yes, because this is a family decision, I won't ask again, I agree with your permission," said the lecturer
So then Adi's class leader immediately signed the submitted lecture leave form, after getting a signature from his supervisor without further delay Adi Returned to the 1st floor where the administration room was located, submitted his requirements regarding lecture leave and paid semester fees amounting to 5 million, not long after that a certificate of approval for college leave was obtained by Adi.
