A deeply emotional story. Sweet-bitter feelings from the first page,but at the same time it is book filled with messages of hope and strength. Well done. A must read for people who want to read about the world's ugly and pretty face.
the story is visually captivating and the characters are well thought of. good job author! i could only suggest that since this is a romance novel, maybe try to describe more emotions from the lead's perspective so that readers can relate more in an emotional level.
I’m a Nigerian and I must say the author did an outstanding job with the description. I could totally relate with it. It’s so good I had to question if I really knew my country, lol. The sacrifices a mother has to pay. Julianna is a very strong woman and a wonderful mother. I love the chemistry between the main characters too. Very interesting story, author. keep it up.
This novel was captivating from the start. We are thrown right into a situation for MC right from the start. I enjoy the dialogues and the suspense. There are some punctuation errors, but those can be easily fixed. Great job author!

A very engrossing story that is a little rough around the edges. The author spins a large story with ease, keeping you in the action and events. The characters are distinct, if a bit under-developed, but in general, you will find yourself unable to stop reading.
This had me gripped right from the start as a woman rushes through a chaotic city to save her baby following a massive terrorist attack and religious cleansing. The sense of chaos and desperation was all portrayed very effectively and this was a perfect place to start the story, throwing the reader right into the chaotic side of Nigerian life. From there we move more into romance territory and the author does an excellent job establishing the male and female leads and the chemistry between them is quite enjoyable. Curious to see how the opening few chapters will come back into play later with the female lead's mother apparently suffering a harrowing experience all those years ago. All in all, this is extremely well-written and the story seems very well thought out and more substantial than your average web novel. Highly recommended reading!
I said I was gonna come back for more review and here I am... And wao! This book got me on a roller coaster of emotions... one moment I was excited for Abby and Tunde, the next moment uughhh!... The Good: Excellent quality and impressive release rate! Once I grasped the story, I found it somewhat enjoyable, but I do admit that romance is not my thing. The Bad: When the synopsis points out the obvious character tropes, I cringed slightly. Strangely enough, I found the ML and FL were quite similar so I don't see why the synopsis said they were opposites. I also couldn't tell what was going on in the world and what the military stuff was for, but I may have missed that because I had a hard time staying engaged with this one. Also, the R18 content was much too "He did this, she did this, he said this, she said this." Try and include more of how it feels for the character to draw the readers into it more. I'm not sure how to explain that more, but you are more than welcome to ask my opinion. The Neutral: Had a hard time grasping this one as I'm not in to romance, but that's just me. Keep up the great job though and I hope you continue to write!
The first chapter took me on a roller coaster ride of emotions...I felt a deep connection while reading the further chapters...The author did a splendid job by bringing the two alpha-strong protagonists lively...Looking forward to reading more chapters...Highly recommended book...added to my library...Extraordinary work, Author! keep it up!
As the author promised there are no dull moments. Right at the beginning there is action, suspense, sweet emotions. The descriptive details in the writing, engaging plot and intriguing characters pull the reading in to get lost in this story. You've got a great story here, author. I wish you luck!
The author really has a flare for creating emotive scenes and intense drama within their chapters. The way they describe the events and the tragedies is so poetic and perfect, even heatbreaking at times, and it really makes me empathise with the character. The description is explosive, packed with imagery and some great character dynamics. I love how the characters motives and sorrows are so clearly outlined too. I really feel like I am getting to know them the more I read! A great plot, definitely a must read!
Author here rating myself. This story has been on my mind for quite some time till I finally decided to put it in writing. Fire and Ice is a two generation love story based on the past (first generation) and present. It sheds light on issues like female circumcision from the past... etc. And the present generation is simply mind blowing! Expect intense romance. Suspense. Action... Trust me there's no dull moments. Thank you as you download and enjoy💝💖💓🥰😍😘
