章節 12: Kiri Chunin
"Argh!" Sasuke gave a small grunt as he leapt toward the first Ninja, they were the two Shinobi featured in the anime and as I expected they had red names.
I couldn't help but chuckle on seeing Sasuke's stupidity, sure in the anime, You were easy to react but this was different- Their names were literally red and their bounties were 1, 200 SC respectively.
This means they were much more powerful than Iganyo and probably of Chunin level strength. Sasuke is fucking screwed…
The Chunin with the big chained blade laced with poison gave a quick smirk, throwing the weapon toward Sasuke who was caught offguard.
A clone pushed Sasuke out of the way, getting impaled through the hand in the process but he vanished quickly, sending jolts of pain through my right hand. I ignored it though as the weapon landed on the ground, the momentary surprise crossing the faces of both Chunin as well as Sasuke letting me close the distance between myself and the Chunin with the weapon.
With the Chakra cloak skill, I was easily able to conceal my presence from the Chunin. They weren't too high leveled but even then it seemed the 33% chance was tipped in my favour, They were unable to sense me.
It was a quick death, A surprise attack that the Chunin couldn't read- He was stabbed straight through the throat with my Kunai. He fell over and his face fell into the ground.
The other Kiri Chunin had a quick reaction, moving away to get some space in but that was his mistake as a wall made of Earth smashed into his back knocking all of the wind out of him.
"Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!"
A huge fireball enveloping with Fire chakra shot through the air and exploded upon reaching the Kiri Chunin creating a small explosion…
Unfortunately, due to the intervention of Kakashi and Sasuke- I couldn't cash in the Skills and Bounty of the other one but the one that I killed, Well I am already cashing it in.

I collected the bounty and the Partial poisoning skill, The ability to change myself into a puddle of water doesn't work with my combat style.
Besides with the Partial poisoning skill, I might have a chance to grab Zabuza's bounty without Kakashi hogging all the glory.
Kakashi appeared at my side and gave me his signature eye smile.
"Good work," He said, looking at the Chunin Ninja that I killed, "You protected Tazuna and took out one of the Enemy Shinobi,"
Then he leaned in.
"You did way better than Hanabi," He quipped.
I looked at Hanabi and found that she was shaking in place, It wasn't much of a shocker considering that she wasn't ready for the Kiri Chunin's appearance- I then threw a questioning look at Kakashi.
"Why didn't you have her activate her Byakugan to scout for opponents?" I questioned only for the Silver haired Jonin to wave me off.
"Aren't you supposed to be the Master Strategist for this sort of thing?" Kakashi asked and vanished, I still couldn't quite keep up with his speed as he reappeared in front of Tazuna.
Following his Chakra was much easier alas the speed his Chakra moved was also frightening but that's because he is using the Body Flicker Technique. Kakashi's pure speed wasn't much to write on but I haven't seen him exerting full speed yet so he might surprise me one of these days.
"Our mission was just to take you back to the Land of waves," Kakashi noted as he squatted on the tree where the clone was holding Tazuna, "The fact that Enemy Shinobi have appeared means this should be ranked as a B-rank mission,"
Tazuna sweatdropped and Kakashi sighed.
"Yes, I understand that sometimes the Clients don't have enough money to pay for the mission but the safety of my Students come first," Kakashi said and folded his arms, "But the question is, How does a Bridge builder get Kiri Chunin to come after him?"
Tazuna was left speechless as he was dropped from the tree only to be caught by the same clone.
"You better start talking or you'll be left here in the wilderness to fend for yourself," The clone said to the man, scaring him.

It has been two days since we set out from Konohagakure and camping out in the wilderness hasn't been fun one bit but it's nice to see our supplies are helping us hold up.
Finally, We've reached the port and I let an exhausted sigh.
"We'll soon be in the Land of Waves," Tazuna said, encouragingly.
I bated an eye at the man, Yes but It'll be all worth it if I can meet that MILF, Tsunami… I want to start the resurgence of the Uzumaki Clan!
Sure Tsunami doesn't seem like much but she's a good waifu and Inari seems like a calm young boy. Once I step foot in the Land of waves, My plans for conquest would start.
Konohagakure had a shipment of goods from Sunagakure, these goods were mainly food products and that was just three weeks ago- These food products vanished before the transporters reached Konohagakure much to their surprise.
Can you guess who was involved with that? Yes, It's your resident Transmigrator.
This was necessary for the growth of the Land Of Waves, after all, Even after opening a bridge to the Mainland. There would still be a shortage of products, After all, Who would want to do proper business with a Land that didn't have a ruler for crying out loud?
One thing I didn't understand about the anime was simply the fact that they were utterly defenseless against Gato… but they could establish a bridge and go ahead to collect resources.
'Don't worry, Daimyo Naruto is coming,' I thought.
