There seemed to be a deep underlying reason behind their exclusion of men.

"You know what, you're also pretty attractive, Queen Padae. How about you come with us too? I'm sure our Family head would be kind enough to make you his mistress" Harvey taunted, dropping all pretense and revealing his true colors.

His face twisted into a sinister grin, stretching from ear to ear, enjoying the fact that Padae was now at his mercy.

He deliberately slowed down his beam attacks, giving her false hope before intensifying them again when she tried to fight back.

"You imbecile!" Padae gritted her teeth in frustration , but before she could say more, she began vomiting blood.
