After having lunch Shino was confronted by Yuuka and Miku and after she told them that Kaneki was her actual first love Yuuka and Miku suddenly got headaches.
But at the same time some where a bit far from the campsite, Natsuki went inside a cave to find Kaneki to ask him what happened.

Hearing munching noises Natsuki went a bit further inside the cave and she saw him.

Demonitis- a sickness that only affects demons this sickness symptoms are vomiting, visible blood vessels and eyes completely black.
