章節 147: chapter of appreciation
Hey, how are you all doing? I wanted to write this chapter to say thank you. I don't know if this is particularly healthy, but thanks to you guys I was able to let out my feelings and thoughts about this war.
Your encouraging replies helped me a lot too, you really don't know by how much. I'd have probably been in a worse situation then now if I would've just bottled everything up.
I'm planning to start seeing a psychologist after this. I can't really right now since I don't really have a private place on base for zoom calls, but mainly I don't want to give my commander a scare. I'm honestly in a pretty good place mentally, largely thanks to you guys, but I did experience some shit that got me questioning some stuff.
That, and I also want to work on myself. I noticed a lot of bad habits or mentalities I have through this war, and I'm not content with that. So I guess how you go to the gym to work on your body, I'll go to a psychologist to better my mind.
