章節 38: Result
"How has it been?", asked Hiruzen while puffing his smoke. Time has passed since the early morning and Team 7 already was sent home after all procedures were done.
"It was very interesting. I sure was surprised by them.", answered Kakashi.
Hiruzen smiled a little. "That, I was as well..."
"Hm?" Kakashi was confused at first.
"Oh, right. I just took a glimpse at your test through the observatory orb. Iruka was worried so I watched you."
"I see.", nodded Kakashi now.
"That kid seriously learned the Flying Thunder God Jutsu with just a glimpse on the scrolls...A rank S Jutsu no less...He seems to have inherited both talents. That of his father and mother. Looks like I will have to be careful when showing him techniques. It makes me wonder if he learned some Jutsu from the scroll of the previous Hokage as Naruto did."
"He said he could perform the Shadow Clone. The assumption could be possible.", commented Kakashi while remembering Kaito and Naruto their conversation.
Hiruzen sighed out. "Good thing we prepared things and didn't keep any Forbidden Techniques inside there. Anyway, did he really outsmart you that easily?" Hiruzen now snorted lightly. His smile was still in his face.
"That would be a disgrace now, would it? I will let him keep that illusion. But he is sure to become a great Shinobi." Kakashi took the small recognizable bells out of his pocket again and juggled them. "The one he beat was my shadow clone."
"Keep in mind that he will later be transferred to Onizuka his team.", said Hiruzen after nodding to remind Kakashi of later plans.
"The experimental team? Is that such a good idea with the talent that he is showing right now? And that he is our villages Jinchuriki makes it a little bit more peculiar..."
"The group is special in itself. He won't be standing out that much...Onizuka is also stronger than even you. He can keep him safe if the need arises..."
Kakashi squinted his eyes slightly. "The last living legacy left behind by Madara Uchiha...Are we really trusting the grandson of Madara?"
Now the atmosphere became gloomy and Hiruzen breathed deeply in and puffed out smoke.
"He is the one that kept the damage to a minimum when all people started to ostracize the Uchiha. You should also remember the night when the Kyuubi rampaged. If not for him, then a lot more would have happened...We can't just go and accuse him. Besides that...He already discarded his Uchiha heritage."
Kakashi thought about the words and remembered the war. He then nodded in confirmation.
"Well, even with him gone the team shows a rather high amount of talent. Sasuke incorporates the Uchiha talent, Naruto has immense chakra reserves that kinda impact his control and Sakura could become a decent Kunoichi if her head would not be in the clouds all the time."
Hiruzen smiled again. "Looks like you started to like them. Keep them safe. Especially Naruto and Sasuke."
"As you wish, Lord Hokage." Kakashi nodded and then left.
Outside Kakashi could only scratch his head a little.
"This truly has become some troublesome affaire. Well, let's just hope nothing bad happens."

The days pass and now a whole month vanished just like that.
Four kids were running around a farm and carrying iron buckets that they put beneath some cows.
"Ugh, do we really have to do this? First, searching for a cat and now this? Are we only getting errand jobs?", complained Naruto and started milking the cow.
"Why don't you see this as training, Naruto?", asked Sakura.
"Where is this training? It's only us doing various missions to help out. I didn't become a ninja to just become some farmer later..."
"You know, Sakura is right here. Look, the motion needed to get every last drop out makes your fingers flexible. Could be useful for hand signs.", said Kaito now and tried to calm down his brother. Looking over he could see how he also seemed to struggle. "And it doesn't look like you and Sasuke seem to get any milk out at all.
"Grrh..."Sasuke grumbled and now became more forceful after hearing Kaito his comment. The cow reacted with a loud moo.
"Hey! Don't hurt my animals. You hear me!?", sounded a voice from outside the barn. It was the owner of the farm.
Kaito had to chuckle. "Well, at least our teamwork increased exponentially with all those errand jobs."
"How come you are always so calm about this?", asked Sakura now from the side.
"What use it to complain? We are getting paid for the work we do."
"But isn't your brother right? Should we not do other things instead of wasting away our time here? Are we supposed to always do this?"
Kaito looked at her now. "Why would you think that?"
"Well, my father always complained about how he never got the chance of becoming some hero or something. I wonder if it is because he ended up doing jobs like these?"
Kaito´s eyes widened when he heard that and then he chuckled. "I don't think that is the case. Don't worry so much about it. We can be lucky that we are not straight send to our deaths in some war...Also, are you implying you want to become some great Kunoichi?"
At those last words, Kaito smirked at her in a teasing way.
Sakura blushed a little hearing that. "What!? Why are you smirking? Is it that strange to want to become good in what you do?"
"Nah, it´s just you should have said that when we introduced ourselves to Kakashi-Sensei."
"But that is so embarrassing! You don't know my father! If he finds out I said something like that he will not stop annoying me!" Sakura became kinda agitated.
Naruto now laughed as well. "But now we know we all are pursuing our goals! One always has to keep up the work!"
"Look who became happier.", smiled Kaito and winked at Sakura.
She looked at him and smiled back. Sakura understood it was a thank you from him to her. Then her eyes wandered to Sasuke who was still struggling to get any milk out.
When he noticed her eyes he looked at her and for a few seconds didn't say anything until he went back to doing his work.
Sakura let her head down and continued to work as well.
Then suddenly Sasuke also started to say something.
"You will become a good Kunoichi. Your control with your chakra already beats all of us. Just...concentrate."
That surprised not only Sakura who those words were aimed at but also the other two. They all stared at him.
"What!? Stop gawking! And Kaito! How the hell are you doing that!? You already got a whole bucket full."
Kaito could only laugh. Then he showed him his hands. "Magic.~"
