This was the Raikage. If this situation wasn't handled properly, it could indeed lead to war.
"Kakashi, Ryujiro is perfectly fine. His words are as good as mine."
"He is right. Your village is not even strong enough to stand against Konoha."
"Based on unfounded accusations, you bring a coffin to provoke Konoha. Is this how you make decisions in your village?"

Tsunade said forcefully.

An unstoppable aura erupted from A, silver arcs of electricity crackling around him. His hair stood up instantly, making Ryujiro think he was transforming into a Super Saiyan.
"Good, Konoha!"
"It seems you are determined to go your own way."
"Do you really think the Land of Lightning is as easy to scare as the Land of Wind?"
A's voice roared like a ferocious lion, exuding unparalleled might.
"Raikage."
"Do you want to know who killed Darui?"
At this moment, Ryujiro spoke again.
Even Tsunade was anxious now.
Brat, don't say any more!
All the Cloud shinobi's eyes changed, and A's gaze turned exceptionally grim: "Kid, do you know who killed Darui?"
"If you tell me the killer name, I might consider sparing you."

"Raikage-sama! What are you doing!"
Mabui screamed in horror.
A raised his head with difficulty, looking at the familiar face and puzzled eyes. His mind went blank.
"Lord….Raikage..."
C fell backward heavily, not understanding why Raikage killed him.
With this final confusion, C became a cold corpse.
The real Ryujiro stood aside, smiling coldly.
Darui was known as the Raikage's right hand, and C as his left.
And now Ryujiro had severed both arms of Raikage!
