Alan wasn't able to see her face clearly, she had a mask over her face revealing her eyes. 

"I am from the Trojan Academy of Tranz kingdom" Alan mentioned the academy first hoping to calm the elves down.

"show me the crest," the woman asked all of a sudden, she didn't care what Alan had to say. She needed proof. 

"…umm, crest?" Alan remembers Rihanna having a crest in her hand.
