On the same night, Belle became the food for gossip at the hospital once again. She never failed to create a buzz with the staff talking about her from evening to morning. 

Allen also heard about what happened, but he already had blind faith in Belle. He knew that Belle won't do something stupid without knowing the consequences of her actions. Even if he was worried about her, he would wait for her to tell him the whole plan. 

[I want to go back to my morning shift.] Allen thought and sighed. His life lost its spark ever since he worked in the evening. Eli also knew that Belle was his cousin, so teasing him had lost its effect as well. [My life is getting boring.] 

With all the ruckus that she created with Luiz; Belle woke up as if nothing happened. She was not worried that her brother would misunderstand her because Neon knew everything now, except for the fact that she was hiding another soul inside her body.
